Instructional Designer
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team in Longwood, Florida. This role is integral to the firm's mission, focusing on creating effective and engaging learning experiences for employees across various departments.
As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, eLearning developers, and other team members to design and develop high-quality instructional materials. Your responsibilities will include creating course content, assessments, and learning activities that promote active learning and align with instructional design principles. You will also be tasked with transforming complex concepts into clear and engaging learning content suitable for various delivery methods.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with proven experience designing eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning programs. Proficiency with eLearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) are essential. Strong skills in curriculum development, storyboarding, and assessment creation are also required.
