Intern, Solution Engineering/Consultant
OneTrust is seeking a Solution Engineering/Consultant Intern to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) RFX team in Madrid, Spain. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive positioning in the market. As an intern, you will collaborate with various teams to develop tools and best practices that drive our success in securing new business opportunities.
In this position, you will assist in competitive projects, working alongside account teams to understand and implement strategies that differentiate OneTrust from other vendors. Your responsibilities will include co-leading initiatives to develop scalable tools, templates, and best practice assets for our global go-to-market teams. Collaboration with external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders such as Go-to-Market, Product Management/Marketing, and Corporate Strategy will be essential. Additionally, you will help translate customers' business challenges into solutions within our product portfolio, creating unique value propositions that showcase the strategic and quantitative benefits of our offerings.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Technology & Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field at a reputable university. Prior experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or similar fast-paced environments, particularly through internships, is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguous and dynamic situations, possess a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. The ability to grasp both strategic overviews and detailed aspects of tasks is essential.
This internship is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a minimum duration of six months starting on July 6, 2026.
