Senior UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher at OneTrust, you will lead strategic, mixed-methods research initiatives that inform product direction and help teams deeply understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative evidence. This role is integral to OneTrust's mission of enabling innovation through the responsible use of data and AI, ensuring that our products are both functional and user-centric.

In this position, you will design and execute research studies using various methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral data analysis. You will manage end-to-end UX research projects, from clarifying objectives and designing studies to synthesizing findings and influencing decisions across teams. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will serve as a trusted partner, providing insights that directly support decision-making and product strategy.

The ideal candidate has over five years of UX research experience, with proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methods. Strong communication and storytelling abilities are essential, as is the capacity to build trust and influence within cross-functional teams. A self-motivated attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate with high autonomy are also key attributes for success in this role.
