OneTrust is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, defining, prioritizing, and leading the execution of complex product roadmaps, typically overseeing multiple products within the product line. As a key member of the team, you will align solution designs into new platform services and identify new product opportunities to drive business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include driving solution design for complex products and product challenges, outlining product strategy encompassing customer value, competitive positioning, and business value, and defining product goals and themes. You will lead product initiatives and manage geographically distributed cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across product and go-to-market teams. Additionally, you will advocate for the value of technical debt and infrastructure work, set and clearly communicate development objectives, and monitor patents to ensure intellectual property protection across teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field, along with 12–16 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager is required. You should have experience managing product roadmaps and documenting goals and themes for multiple products, a proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management, and a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Experience planning for end-of-life of products, contributing to technical debt planning, and strong knowledge of platforms and integrations are also essential.
