The Culture & Talent team at Headout is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment process by identifying diverse candidates and ensuring a positive experience for applicants. This role involves assisting in various stages of the recruitment cycle and contributing to building strong teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the hiring team to enhance the hiring process, exploring tools and platforms to solve recruitment challenges, and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. The intern will have the opportunity to take initiative and learn through hands-on experience.
The ideal candidate has 0-1 years of experience with any startup, with prior experience in talent acquisition preferred. Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.
