Internal Auditor

Arista Networks is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join its team, focusing primarily on Channel Audits. This role involves ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within the company's partner ecosystem. The position requires a professional adept at managing complex documentation and capable of working independently to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing channel partner audits to assess regulatory compliance and operational integrity, as well as conducting financial, operational, and compliance audit projects across the organization. The auditor will analyze data to generate insights, manage end-to-end audit documentation, and produce reports highlighting key risks and actionable recommendations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with functions such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to manage audit timelines and deliverables effectively.

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in auditing or accounting, with a preference for those with external audit experience, particularly from Big 4 or mid-tier firms. A professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential for success in this role.
