The International Benefits and Mobility Specialist at OneTrust plays a pivotal role in administering employee benefits and leave programs across multiple regions, including EMEA and APAC. This position supports the International Benefits and Mobility Partner and the Senior Manager of Global Benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations while maintaining a consistent global experience for employees.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for benefits enrollments, coordinating with vendors, and validating data. The specialist will assist in maintaining benefits documentation, plan summaries, and knowledge resources. Additionally, the role involves supporting the international mobility function and managing leave of absence processes across various regions, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations and internal policies.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in international benefits administration or HR operations, with a working knowledge of international leave laws and practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday is essential, along with full professional proficiency in English. Experience in a global or multinational organization and fluency in additional European languages, especially Spanish, are advantageous.
