Investment Analyst

Appier is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join its Corporate Development team. This role involves supporting the execution of investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and strategic partnerships. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, and requires occasional travel.

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping to identify investment and M&A opportunities. Key duties include building and maintaining financial models for potential targets, performing valuation analyses using various methodologies, and supporting due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, and technical areas. Additionally, the analyst will assist in preparing internal investment memos, presentations, and board materials, and liaise with external advisors during deal execution.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a highly analytical and detail-oriented approach capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology, M&A, and strategic growth is also desirable.
