Investor Relations - Associate Director / Director (London)

Kroll Bond Rating Agency UK Limited is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join its Investor Relations team in London, focusing on European structured finance investors. The team is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with buy-side market participants, playing a crucial role in expanding KBRA's presence in the European market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies targeting active buyers across European structured finance and related markets, with a particular emphasis on UK real money accounts. Key duties include identifying new investors, conducting one-on-one meetings, conference calls, and participating in KBRA events. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining presentations, developing marketing email campaigns, and collecting investor feedback to inform business lines.

Candidates should possess extensive experience in relationship management, fixed income investor relations, business development, or debt capital markets. Existing relationships with investment or risk management teams at real money accounts are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms is required, along with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a self-starter attitude, and comfort working in a multinational environment. Willingness to travel within the EU and UK, flexibility in meeting schedules, and proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are advantageous. Familiarity with generative AI tools for research and productivity is also a plus.
