IT Audit Manager
Experian is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join its Global Internal Audit team, reporting directly to the Audit Director. This role is pivotal in providing independent assurance over the design and effectiveness of internal controls across the UK&I, EMEA, and APAC regions. The position offers significant exposure to senior management and is considered a pathway for developing future managerial talent within the organization.
The IT Audit Manager will assist in developing the annual Internal Audit activity plan and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and risks. Responsibilities include planning and executing internal audits, coordinating with stakeholders, managing audit teams, and preparing reports that reflect audit findings. The role also involves following up on outstanding audit issues and undertaking ad hoc projects as required.
Candidates should possess a relevant university degree and have 5–8 years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, or related risk/control roles, with at least 3 years in a multinational environment. Exposure to the IT/technology sector and deep technical knowledge in areas such as data security, cloud computing, and software development methodologies are essential. Professional qualifications like CISA, CISSP, ITIL, or CISM are desirable, as is experience with 'Big 4' firms or internal audit.
