IT Procurement Partner (Hybrid)
Experian is seeking an IT Procurement Partner to join our Procurement team in Allen, Texas. This hybrid role requires onsite presence up to two days per week and reports to the Lead IT Procurement Director. In this position, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect technology categories. Your responsibilities include managing competitive sourcing events, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating proposals, and delivering data-driven supplier recommendations. You will negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk. Additionally, you will partner closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support contract development, onboarding, and governance.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in strategic procurement within technology categories such as XaaS/cloud, AI, and other technology solutions. A proven track record in leading complex sourcing initiatives, including RFXs, is essential. Solid understanding and experience in technology contracting—drafting, redlining, commercial term negotiation, and alignment of legal terms—are required. Experience in influencing and partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders, proficiency with strategic sourcing tools and CLM platforms, and working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment are also necessary.
