Junior Account Manager - Restaurants

As a Junior Account Manager at Wolt, you will join our restaurant team, managing a dynamic portfolio of restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. This role combines onboarding, account management, and commercial growth, requiring strong collaboration across the team and the wider organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of approximately 100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth. You will lead the onboarding process for new partners, including in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over a six-week period. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth setup of new venues by optimizing menus, setting up systems, and ensuring operational readiness.

We are seeking candidates with significant experience within or working with the restaurant industry, with a preference for those who have restaurant or café management experience. Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a sales-oriented approach, and comfort working with data and numbers are essential. Fluency in Hebrew and good proficiency in English are required.
