Junior BI Developer (f/m/d)
As a Junior BI Developer at Awin, you will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the company's reporting capabilities, enabling better commercial decisions and providing top-tier campaign management support to client-facing departments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the future of reporting across the organization, working under the guidance of experienced BI team members.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and maintenance of BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. You will assist in writing SQL queries to extract and transform data from various source systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all BI outputs. Collaborating with senior and mid-level BI Developers, you will help support data models and reporting layers, participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand business reporting needs, and support testing and validation of BI solutions before their release.
The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SQL, Python, and relational databases, along with exposure to BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. A strong understanding of core data concepts, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. While prior experience working with data in a professional, academic, or project-based setting is beneficial, a proactive approach to learning and development is highly valued.
