As a Key Account Manager in our Advertiser Team, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, representing our most strategic clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary objective will be to adopt a consultative role, identifying and implementing new commercial opportunities to foster sustainable growth within their affiliate programs.

Your daily responsibilities will include proactively advising strategic clients to promote sustainable business development and achieve their target KPIs. You will build strong client relationships, establishing Awin as a relevant partner within their digital ecosystem through regular meetings, including on-site visits. Additionally, you will create reports and provide performance and benchmark analyses, coordinate and manage client-related budgets, and strategically expand existing and new collaborations within the affiliate program, including upselling existing Awin tools to optimize the partner program. Participation in industry and networking events is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the online or performance marketing industry or in a client-facing role. A strong focus on quality, customer orientation, and service readiness is essential. You should possess reliable escalation and conflict management skills, even when facing complex challenges. Excellent communication skills in German and English are required, along with strong sales techniques and persuasive abilities. A creative mindset to introduce new ideas and drive client development, as well as strong analytical skills and ideally technical understanding of tracking topics, are also important.
