Labor & Employment Counsel
HelloFresh is seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel to serve as the in-house legal expert on Philippine labor and employment law. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012, contributing to the company's ongoing success and customer satisfaction.
The primary responsibilities include providing expert advice on all aspects of Philippine labor and employment law, drafting and updating employment contracts and company policies, and supporting HR and management on employee relations issues. The role also involves representing the company in labor-related proceedings, conducting training sessions for various teams, and acting as the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB or JD) from a recognized university and be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar. A minimum of years' experience in labor and employment law, preferably within the BPO or service industry, is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Filipino, and a deep understanding of Philippine labor legislation are essential.
