Lawyer - Real Estate
McCullough Robertson is seeking a dedicated Lawyer to join its esteemed Real Estate team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, providing strategic advice on a diverse range of property projects, including urban regeneration, greenfield developments, master-planned communities, retail and industrial hubs, and commercial ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leasing across various asset classes for a diverse client base, including ASX-listed companies, property trusts, private owners, and government entities. Additionally, the role involves advising developers on mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects, including greenfield subdivisions, and supporting private clients and body corporates on a range of property-related matters.
Applicants should possess two to three years of post-admission experience in property law, ideally gained within a mid to large-sized commercial law firm. Essential qualifications include strong technical abilities, well-developed drafting and research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing collaboratively within a close-knit team environment are also required.
