Lead Consultant, Front Office
Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Consultant for its Front Office team to assist asset and wealth managers in integrating traders and portfolio managers onto Ridgeline's platform. This role involves guiding clients through discovery, configuration, and go-live phases, focusing on systems that support daily trading activities. The position offers an opportunity to influence a growing segment of Ridgeline's business by collaborating directly with client stakeholders on complex and high-visibility projects.
Key responsibilities include managing front-office implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live, configuring Ridgeline tenants to align with client workflows, and providing client education. The role also involves partnering with sales and delivery teams to support pipeline projects, addressing time-sensitive issues during the go-live phase, and conveying client feedback to the product team. Additionally, sharing project insights with teammates to prevent knowledge silos is essential.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role, with a background in front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations. A solid understanding of investment instruments and the full portfolio investment lifecycle is required. Strong client-facing communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adapt to an evolving product environment are essential. Experience in wealth management and prior work in a fast-paced company environment are advantageous.
