Lead CPQ Salesforce Specialist
Recorded Future is seeking a highly experienced Lead CPQ Salesforce Specialist to own and evolve our Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. This individual will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash execution, system architecture, pricing strategy alignment, and scalable automation. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking, with the ability to operate independently and drive high-impact initiatives.
The Lead CPQ Salesforce Specialist will own the end-to-end CPQ lifecycle, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and renewals. They will design, build, and optimize scalable CPQ solutions within Salesforce, lead CPQ architecture decisions, and ensure alignment with GTM, Finance, and Product strategies. Additionally, they will manage and enhance the product catalog, pricing structures, discounting models, and bundling strategies, drive automation across quote generation, approvals, and contract workflows, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product teams.
Candidates should have 7+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and hold a Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder are strongly preferred. Proven experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models, a strong understanding of product and pricing strategy, and familiarity with Advanced Approvals and complex approval workflows are essential. Experience with CPQ implementations, redesigns, or large-scale optimizations, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently, are also required.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 to $193,500. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Individual pay is determined by factors such as state, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
