Lead, Firm Onboarding - Wealth Technology
The Lead, Firm Onboarding – Wealth Technology is responsible for facilitating the technical integration of new firms onto the organization's standardized wealth technology platforms. This role involves coordinating the assessment of legacy systems, mapping data to target platforms, and managing structured transitions to core technologies. The position is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and requires close collaboration with Platform Owners, Data teams, Project Management Offices, and external vendors to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities include discovering and evaluating incoming firms' existing wealth technology environments, such as CRM, portfolio accounting, trading, and reporting platforms. The role entails mapping legacy systems and data to the organization's target platforms, defining business rules and data mappings to support data conversion efforts, and assisting in planning transitions from legacy platforms to target platforms. Additionally, the Lead will support the coordination of decommissioning legacy platforms post-transition and align onboarding activities with overall firm transition timelines.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in wealth technology, platform onboarding, data conversion, or related fields. A working knowledge of wealth management platforms, particularly CRM systems and associated data, is essential. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into platform and data requirements, coordinate across multiple teams and vendors, and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in regulated financial services environments and familiarity with advisor workflows and CRM data structures are also important.
The annual base salary for this exempt position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
