Lead, Lifecycle Strategy & Analytics
As the Lead of Lifecycle Strategy & Analytics at Mindbody, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. This role is integral to Mindbody's mission of connecting wellness entrepreneurs with technology that supports thriving businesses and exceptional client experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include independently managing the B2C lifecycle program using Braze, overseeing end-to-end campaign development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing experimentation strategies. Additionally, you will support B2B lifecycle communications by executing email marketing via Marketo, in-product notifications, and on-site banners in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Sales, and Creative teams, you will ensure cohesive, customer-centric communications throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of marketing experience, with at least two years dedicated to lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools—particularly Braze and Marketo—is strongly preferred. Exceptional analytical skills, substantial experience in A/B testing, strong project management abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Comfort working in a highly cross-functional environment is also crucial.
