Lifecycle Marketing Analytics Lead
As the Lifecycle Marketing Analytics Lead at Mindbody, you will spearhead the B2C lifecycle marketing program, focusing on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric communications that drive acquisition, engagement, upsell, and retention.
Key responsibilities include independently managing the B2C lifecycle program using Braze, leading campaign planning and optimization through A/B testing, and supporting B2B communications via Marketo. You will also develop personalized, segmented campaigns aligned with lifecycle priorities and define, track, and report on success metrics to inform strategy and optimization.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of marketing experience, with at least two years in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Braze and Marketo, exceptional analytical capabilities, substantial experience in A/B testing, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment are essential.
