Lead Privacy Counsel, Infrastructure & Data Governance

Mozilla is seeking a strategic and proactive Privacy Counsel to join its legal team, focusing on building and maintaining the company's core privacy compliance infrastructure and scalable governance processes across its global organization. This remote role involves serving as the frontline privacy advisor for internal matters, guiding teams on operational privacy risks, enterprise data governance, third-party risk management, and incident response. The position requires close collaboration with legal, security, IT, engineering, procurement, people, trust and safety, and other cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize privacy-by-design principles across Mozilla's internal systems and enterprise processes.
