Learning & Development Director
SRS Acquiom is seeking a Learning & Development Director to lead the transformation of employee learning and performance strategies. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to design innovative, scalable learning experiences that align with the company's dynamic operations. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Learning & Development Director will assess current training programs, identify gaps, and develop high-impact learning strategies to accelerate employee competency. Responsibilities include acting as an internal consultant for training design, leading instructional design efforts, and creating flexible learning solutions tailored to diverse operational needs. The role also involves translating complex financial and business concepts into clear, practical learning experiences and building comprehensive learning ecosystems to support long-term knowledge retention.
Candidates should have 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field, with a proven track record in designing and scaling learning programs within complex organizations. Essential qualifications include strong instructional design expertise, the ability to partner with senior leaders, experience in translating complex concepts into practical learning experiences, and a data-driven approach to evaluating learning effectiveness. Proficiency with learning technologies and adaptability to emerging tools such as AI are also important.
The salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $155,000 annually, depending on experience level.
