The Learning Events Manager at Focus Partners Wealth (FPW) is responsible for developing, administering, and executing various learning experiences for FPW's advisor associates. This role focuses on enhancing advisors' skills and knowledge across core areas such as Client Experience, Technology Platforms, and Practice Management. The position is based in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in-office per week.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with peers and colleagues to identify the learning needs of the advisor community, building relationships with internal subject matter resources to facilitate knowledge transfer, and translating information into diverse learning content formats. The manager will oversee and deliver various learning projects and initiatives, update training programs to reflect policy and procedure changes, and ensure materials remain relevant and engaging. Additionally, the role involves tracking engagement and effectiveness of programs, making improvements as needed.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over three years of experience in designing and delivering educational content. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a deep understanding of advisor needs, enthusiasm for continuous learning, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The role may require up to 20% travel.

The annual base salary for this exempt position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000, with actual pay depending on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. The compensation package includes an annual cash bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
