Legal Analyst - Beijing Office

Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a Legal Analyst for its Beijing office to support its expanding Capital Markets and IPO practices. In this role, the Legal Analyst will provide transactional and case support to lawyers across various practice groups within the China offices. Key responsibilities include conducting legal and commercial research, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and pitches, proofreading and reviewing transactional documents, supporting due diligence and verification processes, and handling translation tasks along with other ad-hoc duties as required by the firm.

Candidates should possess an LLB or LLM from a prestigious Chinese law school and have passed the PRC bar exam. A good command of English, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Effective communication skills and flexibility to work overtime are also important.
