Legal Analyst - Shanghai Office

Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a Legal Analyst for its Shanghai office to support its expanding Capital Markets and IPO practice. This role is integral to the firm's business service team, providing essential transactional and case support to lawyers across various practice groups in China.

As a Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting legal and commercial research, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and pitches, proofreading and reviewing transactional documents, supporting due diligence and verification processes, and handling translation tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the firm's high-quality legal services in the Capital Markets and IPO sectors.

Ideal candidates will possess an LLB or LLM from a prestigious Chinese law school and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in international or local law firms. A strong command of English, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Flexibility to work overtime is also required.
