Legal & Compliance Project Manager

Midi Health is seeking a Legal & Compliance Project Manager to join our rapidly growing virtual clinic dedicated to women's midlife health. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Compliance, this role is integral to scaling our legal and compliance operations, ensuring we deliver expert-led, insurance-covered care responsibly and effectively.

The Legal & Compliance Project Manager will monitor regulatory landscapes, develop and maintain a 50-state regulatory repository, and manage telehealth registrations and collaborative practice agreements. Responsibilities include designing internal audits, authoring standard operating procedures, supporting contract lifecycle management, and ensuring marketing materials comply with regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing HIPAA and privacy programs, building compliance dashboards, and coordinating incident responses.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or healthcare regulatory work, with a bachelor's degree required; JD, paralegal certification, or CHC preferred. Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or digital health is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects independently, and excellent written communication and organizational skills.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
