Legal Consultant - Debt Capital Markets

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Debt Capital Markets to join their team in Hong Kong. This role involves providing legal support to a global financial services client, focusing on debt capital markets transactions. In this position, the consultant will offer legal advice on debt capital markets transactions, draft and review legal documents such as offering memoranda, prospectuses, and indentures, and conduct due diligence to identify legal issues. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external parties is essential to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience as a Debt Capital Markets lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
