Legal Consultant - Shipping/Trading/Oil & Gas

Axiom is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to join our team, focusing on shipping, trading, and oil & gas sectors. This role involves collaborating with our Fortune 100 clients to provide comprehensive legal support in these industries.

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts related to shipping, supply, and trading. Additionally, the role includes serving as a legal advisor on logistics and shipping matters for crude oil and gas products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years' experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating logistics, shipping, or supply chain contracts. Experience in trading-related work, such as allocation, market disruption, and force majeure, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-border stakeholders are also required.
