Legal Counsel (Blockchain Payment)

Hyphen Connect Limited, a US-based fintech startup specializing in cross-border blockchain payments, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks, particularly those set forth by the SEC and MiCA, as they continue to innovate in the blockchain payment sector.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts related to cross-border blockchain transactions, monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes, and providing legal advice on fintech and cryptocurrency law matters. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and conducting legal research to stay abreast of industry trends are also key aspects of the role.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have a minimum of four years of experience in fintech or cryptocurrency law. A strong understanding of SEC and MiCA regulations, excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential qualifications for this position.
