Legal Counsel, Construction

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in construction to join its dynamic Legal team. This role involves providing legal expertise on real estate transactions, construction projects, and state and local incentives, supporting Anduril's mission to transform defense capabilities with advanced technology.

Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for lease and sublease agreements, construction projects, and property acquisitions and dispositions. The role also involves managing legal due diligence for real estate deals and construction bids, advising on dispute resolution related to real estate and construction matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD degree from a top-tier accredited law school and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer focusing on real estate and construction. Strong understanding of the legal aspects of real estate and construction contracts, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate should be willing and able to work in Anduril’s Costa Mesa, California office and be licensed to practice law in the United States.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $255,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
