Legal Counsel, Tactical Recon and Strike

The Legal Counsel for Tactical Recon and Strike at Anduril Industries will provide comprehensive legal support to the Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) division, which focuses on developing advanced aerial drone systems. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, business development, and program management teams to ensure legal compliance and strategic alignment in the development and deployment of defense technologies.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing intellectual property matters, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations pertinent to defense contracting. The Legal Counsel will also provide guidance on risk management, support business development initiatives, and handle any legal issues that arise during program execution.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracts law, preferably within the defense or aerospace sectors, is required. Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is essential. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are also necessary.
