Legal Counsel, Counter Censorship Task Force

The position also entails developing and executing strategies for shareholder engagement in publicly traded companies, including drafting and filing shareholder proposals, and formulating public policy and media strategies. Additional duties involve defending shareholder proposals from company no-action requests to the SEC, providing legal representation for shareholder engagement, leading a coalition of conservative and faith-based investment advisors, and contributing to coordinated public relations campaigns on priority shareholder issues.
Candidates for this position should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with an active license in at least one U.S. state bar, and the capability to meet admission requirements in the relevant jurisdiction within one year. A minimum of five years of legal experience is required, along with a bachelor's degree in political science, public affairs, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires the ability to travel as needed.
