Legal Counsel, Employment & Litigation — North America (RTI / B2B Division)

Agoda, a leading digital travel platform, is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Employment and Litigation for its North America operations within the RTI/B2B Division. This role is based in New York City and reports directly to the Legal Director. The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal advisor on U.S. employment matters and manage litigation and disputes across the Americas.
