Legal Counsel

Jane Street is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Compliance team in Hong Kong, focusing on the firm's China business development. This role involves providing clear and practical legal advice across various teams and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trading-related contracts, particularly those pertaining to China. The Legal Counsel will handle agreements such as derivatives documents, commodities purchase agreements, broker agreements, terms of business, NDAs, and financing agreements.
