Regulatory Lawyer

Jane Street is seeking an energetic and driven Regulatory Lawyer to join its Legal team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will provide clear and practical advice on both non-contentious and contentious regulatory matters across various asset classes, including equities, listed and OTC derivatives, commodities, fixed income, and digital assets. You will coordinate legal advice across jurisdictions in the APAC region and collaborate closely with the Compliance team on regulatory licensing, reporting, and market access obligations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing for and responding to regulatory inspections or investigations, and contribute to strategic projects and business development initiatives across the APAC region.
