Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including client contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. Additionally, the role involves providing legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Legal Counsel will help navigate complex legal issues and support strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on commercial contracts and corporate law, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
