Legal Counsel - Tavily

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. You will provide legal advice to various departments, ensuring that business initiatives align with legal requirements. Additionally, you will monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise on potential impacts to the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within the technology sector. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience with cloud services or SaaS agreements is a plus.
