Legal Intern in Corporate
Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is offering a part-time Legal Intern position in their Corporate team in Warsaw. This role is designed for fourth and fifth-year law students eager to gain hands-on experience in transaction law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offerings (IPOs).
As a Legal Intern, you will be immersed in significant international projects from day one, working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and assisting in the preparation of client communications. This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of complex corporate transactions.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in English, demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and possess a keen interest in corporate law. While prior work experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The internship is structured as a one-month paid position, with the possibility of extension, providing valuable exposure to high-profile legal work.
