Legal Operations Analyst

As a Legal Operations Analyst at xAI, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing legal requests from government entities worldwide. This position is based in Singapore and involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global legal standards. xAI is dedicated to developing AI systems that accurately understand the universe and assist humanity in its pursuit of knowledge.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling high-volume content removal requests under various local laws, such as those pertaining to hate speech, defamation, national security, and data privacy. Additionally, you will manage the production of user information in response to legal processes, including subpoenas, court orders, and warrants. You will also collaborate with technical teams to design, train, and refine AI agents, curate high-quality training data from real cases, and build tools that scale operations while maintaining accuracy and speed.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in legal operations, trust and safety, content moderation, compliance, or e-discovery within a major technology or social media company. Proficiency in handling global content removal processes and user data production in response to legal requests is essential. Strong technical aptitude, including experience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, or automation tools in a regulated environment, is highly desirable.
