Legal Program Manager
The Legal Program Manager at Twitch will be an integral part of the legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role focuses on planning, prioritizing, and executing complex initiatives that have regulatory or legal implications. Additionally, the position involves leading the identification and implementation of AI-driven systems within the Legal Department to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing the intake, planning, coordination, and tracking of legal compliance initiatives from inception to completion. The Legal Program Manager will act as the primary architect of AI-powered solutions, ensuring their effective adoption within the legal team. This role also serves as a liaison between the Legal Department and key partners in Product Development and Operations, translating legal and compliance recommendations into actionable workstreams with clear milestones and risk considerations.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in project or program management, with at least five years leading project planning efforts. Experience in leading technology adoption, change management, or process automation initiatives within legal, compliance, or operations environments is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. A PMP certification is preferred.
The base salary for this position varies by location, ranging from $115,600 to $185,000 annually. The compensation package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
