Legal Program Manager
The Legal Program Manager at Twitch will be an integral part of the legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role focuses on planning, prioritizing, and executing complex initiatives that have regulatory or legal implications. Additionally, the position involves leading the adoption of AI-driven systems within the Legal Department to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing the intake, planning, coordination, and tracking of legal compliance initiatives from inception to completion. The Legal Program Manager will act as the primary architect of AI-powered solutions, ensuring their effective integration and adoption within the legal team. This role also serves as a liaison between the Legal Department and key partners in Product Development and Operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in project or program management, with at least five years dedicated to leading project planning efforts. Experience in leading technology adoption, change management, or process automation initiatives within legal, compliance, or operations environments is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is required. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial, and a PMP certification is preferred.
Compensation for this role varies by location. In Seattle, WA, and Irvine, CA, the annual salary ranges from $115,600 to $160,000. In San Francisco, CA, and New York, NY, the range is $127,200 to $185,000. In Los Angeles, CA, the range is $115,600 to $160,000. The compensation package includes sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible paid time off, and parental leave.
