Legal & Regulatory Analyst

This role is integral to delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis on special situations, ensuring subscribers receive timely and accurate insights into legal and regulatory developments.
As a Legal & Regulatory Analyst, you will monitor and report on regulatory proceedings, rulemakings, legislative developments, and litigations across various industries and jurisdictions. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed analyses, collaborating with financial analysts and reporters to enhance editorial content, and engaging with subscribers to provide expert insights. This position requires a commitment to producing high-quality work within established deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background with 1-3 years of experience in legislative or regulatory analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A working familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes is required, and experience with healthcare regulation and policy is a plus.
The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual year-end performance bonus.
