Legal Specialist – Contracts & Fintech

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for identifying legal risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions to support EBANX's growth. Additionally, the role includes improving legal processes, templates, and best practices within the Commercial Legal team. The position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage priorities independently.

Candidates should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly within the payments industry, banking, financial services, or the fintech ecosystem. Strong executive communication skills are essential, as is full professional proficiency in English. The role also demands a business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
