Level 1 IT Support Engineer

BrainRocket is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Valencia, Spain. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, including basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support as needed. Your day-to-day tasks will involve searching the knowledge base for known issues, performing impact analyses, replicating reported problems, gathering information for root cause analysis, and offering technical resolutions or workarounds.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in computer science or a related IT field, or have equivalent experience. Experience with bug and issue tracking systems is essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong active listening skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and a customer service orientation are crucial. Basic experience with Linux and SQL is considered a plus.
