Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - AMER
The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions at Remote is responsible for managing employee exits for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also provides first-level support in employee relations, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating appropriate resources. As part of the Lifecycle team, the specialist contributes to process improvements and initiatives aligned with Remote's strategic goals and values.
Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, advising clients on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes. The specialist leads and facilitates meetings related to workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements. Additionally, the role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits, drafting and administering termination documents, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The ideal candidate has experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle. They should have a strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance, and providing comprehensive HR support on employment laws across various jurisdictions. Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in written and spoken English. The candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of $37,250 to $104,700 USD, determined by role, level, and location.
