Senior Solutions Engineer
Remote is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Remote Build organization. This role is pivotal in scaling the solutions engineering function to support sales and customer outcomes. In this position, the Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for building and scaling a solutions engineering function to support sales and customer outcomes. This includes defining role profiles, establishing a repeatable technical discovery and solution design process, and setting clear engagement models and success metrics. The role also involves owning executive relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders, contributing to a formal solutions engineering enablement and competency program, and helping define product lines and go-to-market strategies for Remote Build. Additionally, the Senior Solutions Engineer will architect and implement AI agent workflows, translating business processes into agent-enabled workflows and partnering with Engineering and Product teams to ship secure, reliable agent capabilities.
Candidates should have proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering function, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Strong executive stakeholder management skills, excellent cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor are essential. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into executive-level narratives. Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI agent workflows is also required. Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or adjacent industries is preferred.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $70,000—$200,000 USD.
