Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC
The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions at Remote is responsible for managing employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end offboarding procedures, providing guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer processes, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and best practices. The specialist will lead consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations, aiming for positive outcomes in complex termination scenarios. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies, is essential to maintain compliance and facilitate smooth transitions.
Candidates should have experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with comprehensive exposure to the employee lifecycle. A strong background in managing both voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance is required. Proficiency in interpreting employment laws across various jurisdictions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle complex HR issues are essential. Business-level proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional languages considered advantageous.
