Litigation Attorney

Wilson Elser is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, representing clients in complex legal matters across various practice areas, including general liability, employment, construction, professional liability, and product liability.

The attorney will manage cases at all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court appearances, and participating in depositions and mediations. Effective communication with clients to provide case updates and strategic recommendations is also essential.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Massachusetts. A minimum of three years of litigation experience is required, with a preference for experience in complex tort and general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, or product liability cases. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential.
