Loan Agency Relationship Management Director
The Loan Agency Relationship Management Director at SRS Acquiom is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the daily administration of assigned loan agency accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, professionals, and other internal and external service partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to internal controls.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all transactions and related documents for assigned accounts, administering accounts in accordance with their terms—including handling payments, notices, and compliance deliverables—and resolving any issues related to administration and client service. The director will also review, comment on, and negotiate transaction agreements, collaborate with various stakeholders to structure and close transactions efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance internal controls.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a graduate-level degree such as a J.D. or MBA preferred. A minimum of seven years' experience in finance, capital markets, or a law firm is required, along with prior experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software are also necessary.
The position offers a salary range between $110,000 and $145,000, depending on experience.
